DIONNE A. WHEATLEY  has been practicing in municipal and public sector labor relations law for 14 years. She began her public sector law career with a local city government and then practiced union-side labor law for over four years before joining Roemer Wallens Gold & Mineaux in April 2003.

Ms. Wheatley has appeared before the Public Employment Relations Board, the National Labor Relations Board, the NYS Workers' Compensation Board, and other federal and state administrative agencied on a variety of employment related issues for both public and private sector clients. Additionally, she regularly practices before many arbitration panels, State Supreme Courts, and the Appellate Division on a variety of public sector labor relations issues. She also provides to clients training on the Taylor Law, preventing sexual harassment and discrimination, and corrective action.
