JOHN R. MINEAUX is the Managing Partner of Roemer Wallens GoldĀ & Mineaux LLP and concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial real estate development and finance, business and venture capital financings, and public contracts, finance and municipal bonds. Mr. Mineaux represents commercial lending institutions that provide construction and permanent funding, as well as credit enhancement for municipal bonds. He has also served as bond counsel to a variety of municipal issuers. Additionally, Mr. Mineaux is counsel to a number of commercial real estate developers/landlords whose properties include shopping malls, hotels, multi-family housing projects, retail strip centers and office buildings.
Mr. Mineaux also has broad experience in structuring and participating in various forms of business organizations, and preparing and negotiating contracts and related documents for investment, finance, executive compensation, computer software licensing and development, advertising, e-commerce and general business transactions.
Mr. Mineaux received his BA in education and psychology from the State University of New York and his law degree from Albany Law School of Union University. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Mineaux was a public schoolteacher for five years. |
